Abbot Market Traders Association, and its a pleasure to have you on board our website!
N.A.M.T.A. ARE THE OFFICIAL GOVERNING BODY OF WHICH REPRESENTS THE MARKET TRADERS IN NEWTON ABBOTS
RETAIL MARKETS, including the Pannier, Foodhall and the Market Square.
Our main aim is to protect the towns Market Charter and to promote the Market locally, and throughout the region and
on a national scale.
We also liase with the District Council and Town Council, regarding market matters, and we are a key factor in the towns
future.
The Newton Abbot Market Traders Association has been an organization for the last 40 years with many traders been and
gone and some still here with us!
The association has taken a revamp in the last couple of years becoming more modernised and interactive, which is why
you are looking at this website!
This web site we hope will promote the members and their individual businesess.
It is those members that make us who we are and deservedly be promoted.
The Members notice board is for those members who want to advertise a specific item or they might be having a sale or
even may want help from other sources, so it might be of interest to check the notice board for those reasons. The notice
board will also have news and updated issues that n.a.m.t.a. are currently involved with.
Our Association has over two thirds of the traders as a member and our aim is hopefully to have every trader a member.
You must also remember that this website has been designed by the Association and in conjunction with sponsors on top
of the pages, so dont forget we are market traders, not I.T Consultants and we aim to keep our web site improved all the time.
